Note: The video shown at the above link was created by the Epilepsy Foundation of Central Florida. It is the same video used in this website's online Shaken Baby Certification for "In-Service" Credit. Approval is "pending" by the State of MN Dept. of Health for this video to satisfy the legislated "annual" viewing requirements for caregivers in MN.

ORDERING INFORMATION FOR MN DEPT. OF HEALTH "APPROVED" VIDEOS ON SHAKEN BABY SYNDROME

1. Portrait of Promise: Preventing Shaken Baby Syndrome
   This 11-minute video was produced by the Midwest Children's Resource Center (MCRC) and is available in DVD and VHS in English, Hmong, Somali and Spanish as shown below:

   The Minnesota Dept. of Human Services will provide copies of the video "Portrait of Promise: Preventing Shaken Baby Syndrome" in VHS and DVD format throught the Child Care Resource and Referrals Agencies (CCR&R's) throughout the state to be checked out or viewed on-site. The video will also be available throught the MN Child Welfare Area Training Centers. Licensed child care providers, leally unlicensed family, friend and neighbor providers, foster care providers, parents and families are all encouraged to take advantage of viewing this video.
